Jon Urban was so patient and kind. We are a young couple with a young child buying our first home. Jon gave us advice like a father but helped us like a friend. He was honest and personable. He made this scary process easy and comforting. He eagerly meet us at our new house often while under contract to meet with contractors and such. If we ever move (which is doubtful because this place is more than a house, it is a home), I would absolutely call Jon again. Thanks for all your hard work and fun spirit!
